Concierge Auctions is now featuring the “once in a lifetime opportunity” to own your very own private island. Little Ragged Island is 730-acres of paradise surrounded by “pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters.”
There’s no set “minimum” bit, but it’s going to cost you $100K as a deposit just to register for the auction. The actual cash value of the island, by the way, is a reported $19.5-million.
