Children’s book author & husband charged with abusing their own kids (Dark Sided WARNING)

The author of a children’s book and her husband have been arrested for allegedly abusing and neglecting their 8-year-old adopted daughter so badly that she was hospitalized for weeks. Jennifer Wolfthal, 41, as well as her husband Joseph Wolfthal, were arrested on multiple counts of child abuse.
According to reports Joseph Wolfthal brought a little girl to the hospital with a swollen bruise on the back of her head, laceration on her lip, and broken tooth. Claiming she’d fallen and vertigo and was brushing her teeth too hard.
According to the police report, the girl also had a staph infection, suffering from kidney and liver failure, malnourishment, on top of open wounds bruises, and more. It gets worse cause she also has some siblings at home.
The couple face charges for aggravated child abuse, child neglect with great bodily harm, domestic violence charges, and false imprisonment.
