Drunk Guy Punches a Cab Driver Then Screams a Chappelle’s Show Quote
A drunk guy in Florida punched a cab driver this weekend, then danced in the street and yelled the Dave Chappelle line, “I’m Rick James, [bitch].” The man was too drunk to drive home from the bar he was at and arrangements were made to get him a taxi. He got in the cab then assaulted the driver as they pulled out of the bar parking lot. He was arrested for battery and disorderly intoxication.
