A drunk driver in Utah was spotted doing 110 miles an hour on the wrong side of the highway on Saturday. And when police finally stopped him, he said he thought he was dreaming, and that the cops had challenged him to a race.
It turned out he’d been doing meth. He’s facing nine different charges.
