Charlotte County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the home of Eva Espinosa, 31, after reports came in of a verbal domestic incident. The argument got heated but the deputy left after determining that the fight was not physical.
She decided to boil a pot of water to make soup with, but then she fell asleep and took a nap. Her fiance woke her up and asked if she was going to turn off the stove.
This question apparently sent her over the edge. She punched and kicked him multiple times, and even went so far as to bite his pinky finger. The fiance has told deputies that this is not the first time things have gotten physical.
She was charged with battery and resisting arrest.
