Jeremy Buchman, 33, was arrested on a battery charge after he spit on and shoved a woman holding a baby.
Buchman was asked by the victim during breakfast if he had taken his medication for his addiction treatment. This question upset him causing him throw a pill bottle at her, spit in the victims face and shove her while she was holding a baby.
The victim tried to call 911 but Buchman took her cell phone and disconnected the land lines.
Buchman eventually fled to his fathers house where he was arrested.
