Child Gets Carried into the Sky by a Kite at International Kite Festival!
A three-year-old girl was pulled into the sky by a large kite when a strong gust of wind hit the International Kite Festival in Taiwan. During the incident (caught on video seen below…) The child swung violently in the air until the kite was pulled to the ground where a group of people caught the girl. She suffered some mild scratches to her face and neck and was immediately sent to the hospital after the incident.
