Please allow us to introduce you to Mr. Skull Face. His real name is Sandro, and he’s a 39-year-old German guy who’s spent over $7-grand on body mods…17 to be exact.
To date he has had implants inserted in his forehead, forearm, hand and even has a contactless payment chip embedded in his wrist. He’s also undergone dangerous tongue splitting surgery and the latest work of beauty was having his ears removed – professionally, of course – so that his head would more closely resemble a skull.
He kept the grisly results in a jar where they are preserved.
