Man shoots at woman he thought was a witch and cast a spell on him
A Florida man is facing charges after he fired a gun at car a woman he claims was a witch and cast a spell on him was in. The victims had been practicing a Santeria religious ceremony prior to the shooting. The two victims left the ceremony and were in a car near the home ceremony was held (a neighbor of the man accused).
The man accused of firing the gun drove up to the vehicle that the victims were in. Blocked them from being able to get out or drive away. Pulled out a gun, shot a single round from about 20 feet away into the passenger side of the car.
One of the victims told deputies they had been practicing Santeria and the accused man considered the first victim a witch and disliked her because of it. The man was arrested and held on a $6000 bond.
