This incident unfolded at a Chinese restaurant in British Columbia, Canada. A man flips out on the restaurant worker because he says they were taking too long to prepare his food.
According to the woman who took the video the man freaked out claiming it had taken a hours to get his food and he needed to feed his 2 year old child. The man was also there on a Friday evening during dinner rush hours.
