Def Leppard’s Phil Collen, like many of us, has indulged a bit too much while in quarantine and has now launched a new 30-day fitness challenge to get back on track.

The video below was shared to Def Leppard’s YouTube channel recently with Collen saying, “I’m going to be doing a 30-day challenge experiment after my quarantine piggery. When I found out we may move the tour, I went and chowed down, which was great, but getting it off is a bigger problem.”

Collen continued he’ll be sharing new videos in the near future about his diet changes and new exercise routines he’s been doing. He also revealed he’s starting off his challenge at 163 pounds, which he says is the heaviest he’s ever been, with a goal of getting back down to 148 pounds.
