John Cena has granted close to 700 wishes of sick children across the country as part of the MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION, and even the Corona Virus pandemic couldn't keep the multi-time WWE Champion from visiting with 7 year old David Castle of Odessa, Fl who's suffering from cancer:
