Florida Man Arrested After Calling 911 for Booze and Ice Cream
Usually too much booze and ice cream will land a person on the toilet with some tummy trouble, but for this Florida man it landed him in jail!
A 65-year-old man from Punta Gorda, FL landed himself behind bars after he repeatedly called 911 for booze and ice cream. Officers were dispatched to the man’s house the first time and he offered them $20 to go get some booze.
The officers explained to him the proper use of 911 and left. The next day he called 911 again, but this time it was to get some ice cream out of his freezer because he couldn’t get out of his recliner. He was arrested and charged with misuse of 911.
