On your mark...get set...go!!!! Charlotte County beaches open this morning at 6, but offcicials are hoping there won't be a mad rush when Englewood Beach and Port Charlotte Beach start to welcome visitors.
Beach restrooms will stay closed and the parking meters will be inoperable. CDC guidelines with regard to social distancing will be in effect as well
