Six months and 114 calls to the police later, deputies in Pasco, Florida have finally arrested a man who neighbors say terrorized them with his lawn mower.  Robert Miller was finally arrested after police body cam footage showed him ignoring officers’ calls to stop revving his riding lawn mower at all hours of the night. The officer is even heard telling Miller to turn off the lawn mower cause he’s disturbing the peace to which Miller replies “I don’t care!”, revving up the mower that neighbors say can be heard over three houses away.  Neighbors and even authorities say that Miller’s revving is “mentally exhausting.” Neighbors may not have a silent night for too long, as Miller’s bond was only set at $200.  What would you do if you were being kept up all night by a neighbor?
