A Thief Runs Face-First into a Locked Exit and Cops Use the DNA to I.D. Him
An armed robber left behind all the evidence the cops needed to find him when he face-planted into a door as he tried to flee a restaurant he attempted to rob.
Officers reviewed security footage of the attempted robbery of a Pizza Hut when they saw the suspect attempt to run out of a door that had already been locked for the night. The suspect face-planted into door and officers were able to swab for DNA.
The suspect is also wanted for involvements in other robberies in the area.
