A Popeye's employee has been fired from the chain restaurant after slamming a 55-year-old woman to the ground after she allegedly called him the n-word.
Deriance Ra'Shaiel Hughes, 29 years old, has been charged with felony aggravated assault for slamming 55-year-old Debra Staggs.
Debra got into a confrontation with employees after she tried to get a refund. The employee claims the woman called her the n-word multiple times.
Deriance has been fired and charged.
