A Topless Woman Is Busted for Stealing a T-Shirt
A woman shoplifted a t-shirt and sandals from a surf shop in Florida last week . . . then took off her shirt and biked away topless on the highway. Lots of people called the cops about THAT . . . and when they stopped her, they found the stuff she’d stolen. She was arrested for retail theft.
