Man arrested in connection with stealing a truck and leading police on a high speed chase

A man named James Harris, from Missouri lead police on a chase in a stolen truck the other day.

The man ran from the police for over 30 minutes and was arrested when he finally stopped and got out of the truck.  He was charged with tampering with a motor vehicle, stealing $750 or more and resisting arrest.
