Police pulled over Heather Garcia for the missing tags early Saturday morning, finding drug paraphernalia and a white powdery substance inside the vehicle.
Because she had several outstanding warrants out, the 38-year-old tried claiming she was instead her 21-year-old daughter, which, of course, didn't work.
Now Garcia is looking at several new charges, including providing false personal information to a peace officer as well as driving without insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked license or registration plus the drug charges.
