96K-ROCK WELCOMES DAVE AND CHUCK THE FREAK…: We try our best to help you get your ass out of bed by poking fun at pretty much everything that's going on around us.…

You’ve heard the Rage Against The Machine classic, “Killing In The Name” a thousand (or more) times, but you probably haven’t heard it played by a thousand people. Brace yourself.

Rockin 1000 is a project that, in 2015, organized a group of one thousand musicians to perform “Learn to Fly” by the Foo Fighters in Cesena, Italy, in hopes of getting the Foo Fighters to play in their town (which they eventually did). Since then, they’ve organized 1000-member-superband performances of the Pixies’ “Where Is My Mind,” Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” Queen’s “We Will Rock You” and David Bowie’s “Rebel Rebel.”

Last month, they organized another one-thousand song performance, this time performing Rage Against The Machine’s “Killing In The Name.” They recently post the video; check it out below.
