What was a Michigan Man Up To Without Pants On?
According to police a man from Traverse City, MI was drunkenly stopping cars in the middle of the road while naked from waist down.
Police reports say James Colson, was nude from the waist down in the middle of the road stopping traffic at 10:45 in the morning on July 19th. A State Trooper witnessed the man stop a car then slam his hand on the hood of a strangers vehicle.
When the officer approached him and started questioning him Colson allegedly became verbally abusive and tried to get away. He had to be physically subdued. He was charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest, and habitual offender.
