A Panhandler Declines a Job Offer, So the Guy Shows Up with His Own Sign to Let People Know

A guy in Florida offered to pay a panhandler $15 an hour to do yard work, but he refused. So the guy went home . . . made his own sign SHAMING the panhandler for it . . . then followed him around to let other people know what happened.
