– offered a deal to the Torrington, Connecticut Police Department: if his ‘wanted’ posted got 20-thousand “likes” on their Facebook page, he’d turn himself in.
The police countered with 10-thousand. They agreed on 15-thousand…and the word went out. A mere 14 hours later, the magic number’s been hit and now the ball’s in Simms’ court…no word if he’s kept up his end of the deal.
