And they think Florida is bad!

This story starts with white trash, and ends with white trash.

Sally Selby was pulled over by police for driving an electric mobility scooter in the slow lane on Highway 127 around 5AM last Friday in Crossville, TN.

Sally wasn't going fast, as the scooter can only reach a top speed of 4 MPH.

Selby told officers she stole the cart from a Walmart to go get a cup of coffee at Waffle House.

Cops reviewed surveillance footage from the store and saw Selby enter and use the scooter as she shopped. She left the store around and cruised around the parking lot before exiting onto the highway.

Selby was arrested and charged with theft of property.
