The cops in Delaware tracked down a guy last week after he’d pleasured himself in a Target fitting room with the door open.  And when they went to arrest him at his house, they found he was running a drug dealing operation.  So he was busted for THAT, too.

Police track down man suspected of masturbating at Target, arrest 2 others

A man accused of masturbating in a Dover Target fitting room and parking lot ran from police to a home where they found 8 pounds of marijuana, police said.
