Two People Climb to a Lower Balcony of a Burning High Rise

There’s video of a high-rise in China that’s on fire, and two people on the 24th floor are trying to escape by climbing from their balcony to the one below.  They both made it and only had minor injuries.  The fire was eventually put out. 

Two residents forced to jump to lower floor to escape high-rise fire

Two residents jumped to a lower floor to escape fire in a high-rise building in eastern China. The video, filmed in Qingdao City in Shandong Province on January 18, shows black smoke coming out of the 24th floor of a residential building. An onlooker shouts "Do not jump!"
