47-year-old Jason Bradley Tietz was arrested for the first time when he left his hotel room in St. Pete Beach naked and went to the rooftop to pleasure himself. He bonded out and went to a different beach and got arrested again!
The second time he was found in a beach cabana that he did not rent pleasuring himself in front of people on a beach.
