She's on her knees facing the back seat and screaming like you'd expect her to.
At one point he asks her to wait two minutes . . . but that's not really how it works and the baby arrived on its own timeline. The mom actually CATCHES the newborn, and then uses her dress to swaddle it in her arms.
Also, they're not alone. The couple's three other kids are in the back seat the whole time watching it, although they look surprisingly calm. As you might imagine, the Internet is furious at the guy for not pulling over when things got serious.
