38-year-old, Tracy Lynn Loewel of Naples allegedly used a paper towel full of her freshly wiped feces to fend off a woman who asked her to move her car.
Loewel was using the ladies room when the unidentified victim politely asked her to move her vehicle. Thats when she "came out with her pants around her ankles with toilet paper in her hands." Loewel was arrested for battery and was taken to the Immokalee Center Jail. She has since been taken to a mental health care facility for examination.
