Virginia Hanlon Grohl, mother of Dave Grohl, released the book From Cradle to Stage last year, which shines a light on the mothers who raised rockstars.  The book has been such a success that it’s being adapted into a docuseries.

The project will be developed by Live Nation Productions and will be the company’s first television series. So far, the show hasn’t secured a network, but since the show will feature the likes of Mary Weinrib (mother of Geddy Lee) and Tom Morello’s badass mom Mary Morello, it shouldn’t be long until there’s a bidding war on the show.

(Side note:  We’re not kidding about Mary Morello being a badass.  Just read the Mother’s Day tribute her son wrote!)

Anyway...as we wait for more details on this series, pick up the book over at Amazon!
