Perhaps you were pre-gaming for Cinco de Mayo and the Kentucky Derby, but Jack White stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to perform a track off his latest album and take part in some comedic fun.

White sat down with Colbert for a segment called “Jingle More of the Way” where the host and guest sang “extended” version of popular commercial jingles.  It gets more than a little awkward, but clearly White and Colbert are having a lot of fun.

White would then go on and rock the Ed Sullivan Theater with a performance of “Ice Station Zebra”

White is currently taking a break from the road but will return May 26 as a headliner of the Boston Calling Music Festival.  For his complete tour itinerary, head to JackWhiteIII.com.
