After getting engaged in July 2017, the couple took to Instagram to announce they’re expecting their first child. Branch posted the picture below, which Carney later shared, with the caption, “Well, we were just about to send our Save The Dates for our wedding in May when we got this little surprise. Baby Carney is happening this summer, and Patrick and I couldn’t be more excited!”
This is Carney’s first child, while Branch gave birth to her daughter, Owen, in 2005, when she was then married to her bassist Teddy Landau.
