Grohl is one of several guest hosts filling in for Kimmel as he prepares for his infant son William's heart surgery next week. Tonight's show will also feature a Halloween-appropriate Alice Cooper as Grohl's guest, along with actress Kristen Bell. Other Kimmel guests hosts include Shaquille O'Neal, Jennifer Lawrence and Channing Tatum.
Grohl and the Foo Fighters are currently on a break from their tour supporting the new Concrete And Gold album, resuming November 7 in Madison, Wisc.
