Remember the drama around Kurt Cobain’s acoustic guitar from MTV Unplugged that Frances Bean Cobain’s ex Isaiah Silva said was given to him during their marriage?  Well, it looks to be just the tip of the iceberg.

And surprise! Silva wasn’t, perhaps, just trying to go after the guitar.

As first reported by The Blast, Silva is challenging Frances Bean Cobain for “her amount of publicity rights” when it comes to Kurt Cobain.  According to documents obtained by the outlet, Frances Bean allegedly receives $95,456/month from the publicity rights of her late father and $6,784/month in dividends.

The Blast also reports that Frances Bean’s monthly spending is listed at $206,000/month, which in a since deleted tweet (as reported by The Cut) she wrote, “I’m sorry, but who has the time to spend $200k a month? That’s fucking absurd. None of the information that has been reported is accurate.”

A lesson to learn in all of this?  Even if you think you’re marrying the love of your life, get a prenup!
