Sometimes, when it rains, it pours, but in this case, that’s a good thing.

The past couple of days have seen a number of bands release new tracks or new cuts of songs featured on upcoming releases, and for your convenience and listening pleasure, we’ve gathered them in one spot.  (It’s Friday, after all.  Let’s not make things more difficult than they have to be.)

With that in mind, enjoy the four tracks below!  (WARNING:  Some videos contain some NSFW language.)

Marilyn Manson – “KILL4ME”

This new track is the second preview to Manson’s new album Heaven Upside Down, which comes out October 6.  After listening to “KILL4ME,” that release date can’t get here soon enough.

Metallica – “For Whom the Bell Tolls” (Live at Hampton Coliseum)

In theory, previewing a live version of “For Whom the Bell Tolls” as a teaser to a reissue of Master Of Puppets doesn’t make a lot of sense, but since Live at Hampton Coliseum is part of the deluxe box set version of that landmark Metallica album reissue, it’s not as odd.  This live recording took place on August 3, 1986, when Metallica were on tour supporting a recently released Master Of Puppets and about a month and a half before Cliff Burton’s tragic death.

Stone Temple Pilots – “Only Dying” (Demo)

Speaking of reissues, STP has a massive reissue on tap for the 25th anniversary of Core.  Among the extras and previously unreleased material is the demo of “Only Dying,” which was intended to be included on the soundtrack for The Crow, but plans changed after the on-set death of the film’s lead Brandon Lee.

Evanescence – “Imperfection”

Lastly, Evanescence dropped their new single, “Imperfection,” from their upcoming album Synthesis, which comes out November 10.
